Refund Policy

This page covers subscription payments and credit-pack purchases — the two kinds of charge a person on Lyrra can ask about.

What costs nothing

Downloading your songs as MP3 or WAV costs no credits, and neither does the cover art. There is nothing to refund on either.

Subscription refunds

Subscription payments are taken by us through our checkout on subscribe.lyrra.live. Except where the law says otherwise, they are non-refundable, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than reversing the last one — access and credits run to the end of the period you paid for.

If you were charged for a period you could not use, or believe a charge is wrong, email hello@lyrra.live.

Credit-pack refunds

One-time credit-pack purchases work like subscription payments for refunds: except where the law says otherwise, they are non-refundable.

If a credit-pack payment is refunded, we remove the unused part of that pack’s credits from your account; credits you already spent making a song stay spent.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law, including any statutory right to cancel or to a remedy for a service that was not delivered. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins.
