What to include

• Billing — the email address on the receipt, and the date and amount of the charge. Refund mechanics are in the Refund Policy.
• Generation problem— the song’s name, roughly when you created it, and what happened. If credits were spent on a failed song, say so; they should have come back on their own.
• Account — the address you sign in with. Write from it if you can: it is how we know it is you.
• Legal / DMCA — for a copyright takedown, use the sworn form on the Copyright and DMCA page instead; a notice has to carry statements this form does not collect.
